Currently under construction, this family home design includes the renovation of the existing house and the addition of new north facing spaces. A fringe of new patio spaces provide shade, weather protection, flexible outdoor living, and direct access to the garden.

A light filled stairwell with interior garden connects old and new, lower floor living and upper floor private spaces. The ground floor provides step free circulation and an accessible bathroom and bedroom with access to indoor and outdoor living spaces. A new kitchen and dining space is at the heart of the house.
